Hi John, there are different routes to Cape Town – this one was taken by me for the short route there.
The more impressive routes take a little longer (about 25-30 days) due to the amount of places to visit and things to see. I mean if you go towards Cape Town but detour to Port Elizabeth then you’ll be able to go through the Garden Route on your way to CPT.
Along the way there are lots of historical places and Game Reserves to go visit. Let me know if you maybe have something specific you’d like to see – your preferences and I will send you a route and places you might want to see.
This is probably not the only route to take to Cape Town?
How many different places are there to see along the way and how long does it take to travel this route?
It’s really great that people are sharnig this information.
